📦 Shipping Information
 

🇨🇦 Canadian Customers

We primarily ship using Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator.

If you’re shipping to a PO Box, your order will go out via Canada Post (they’re the only ones who deliver to PO Boxes).
 

🇺🇸 American Customers

Normally, U.S. orders ship via UPS unless you select a different option at checkout.

However, at the moment, we’ve paused shipping to the USA due to customs duties requiring pre-payment. As soon as our shipping provider offers a solution, we’ll happily reopen U.S. shipping. We appreciate your patience — and yes, we miss you too!
 

🌎 Customs, Duties & Delays

Shipping across borders can sometimes mean delays. Postal systems in Canada and the U.S. operate differently, and occasionally packages get held up at customs.

If your order seems delayed, we recommend contacting your local post office or customs office directly — they’ll have the most up-to-date information.
 

A few important notes:

• We declare the full purchase value of items on customs forms (as required by law).

• We don’t control customs processing times or duty/tax charges.

• Any duties, taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

• We can’t be held responsible for items delayed, held, or seized by customs.

• Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for items seized by customs authorities.
   

📍 Local Pickup

We’re located in Hope, British Columbia — about 90 minutes east of Vancouver in the beautiful Hope Cascades and Canyons.

• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

• Products must be in the same condition as when you received them.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund the purchase price of the item.
